15th February 2025: Chennai to Tiruvannamalai (3h 30m)
Morning yoga session.
Travel to Tiruvannamalai and visit the sacred Arunachaleswarar Temple in the evening.
16th February 2025: Tiruvannamalai
Morning trek to Arunachala Hill for meditation.
Visit the Ramana Maharshi Ashram and the Shiva Shakti Temple. Optionally, participate in the 16km parikrama around Arunachala Hill.
17th February 2025: Tiruvannamalai to Auroville (2h)
Morning yoga session.
Transfer to Auroville and orientation at the Visitor’s Center.
18th February 2025: Auroville
Explore Sadhana Forest and experience sustainable living.
Meditate at the Matrimandir Dome and participate in optional workshops.

Day trip to Chidambaram Temple to discover its cultural and spiritual significance.
